Building Alliances and Conversations for Integrated Child Health

This year-long project focused on children with complex needs in North and Central London as a collaboration between healthcare sectors, initiated by Great Ormond Street Hospital and Primary Care Health Education England. Interviews, multi-disciplinary focus groups and a large multi-system collaborative workshop were held with parents, cross-sector clinicians, government bodies and management leads from different hospitals and primary care sectors. The collective findings yielded themes from which a framework for approaching integrated working was created.
